We will then contact you in the near future with the registration details. Please note that because of the demand for online services, it could take up to 7 days to receive your details. When you have registered an interest please remember to check your emails for the reply (and remember to check your junk mail).

Up to 50% of appointments are pre-bookable. Please call the Practice to make an appointment on 01872 243700 - Lander and 01872 243723 - Threemilestone Branch Surgery. We encourage patients to see their own Doctor but if your Doctor is unavailable we will offer you an appointment with another Doctor. If you would prefer to see a female GP, please mention this to the Receptionist when booking. We will do our best to book you with your requested Doctor but sometimes demand is very high and we will need to offer an alternative.
Please make your appointment in advance with a Practice Nurse instead of the doctor for the following
Will be seen as quickly as possible if brought to the surgery (please telephone phone first), this is often much quicker than requesting a visit. If in doubt, speak to a doctor first.
We operate a call back system during surgery time. If you telephone before 10.30am, wishing to speak to a doctor, you will be called back later the same morning. Enquiries later in the day can be taken if urgent same-day advice is needed, or your doctor will return the call the following morning. Doctors do not take telephone calls whilst consulting unless you have a medical emergency.
Updated April 2018
If you require a home visit, PLEASE TELEPHONE 01872 246810 BEFORE 10.30AM IF POSSIBLE.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Practice. Please make sure we have the correct telephone numbers for you on our computer system.
If you are registered as an 'Out of Area' patient you will need to call NHS 111 for a visit.
